Goodbye avocado peeler; you will not be missed!

It’s safe to say that billions of people around the world have deeply held beliefs about the sanctity of the natural world and the responsibility to defend it and its inhabitants. Yet, many of these same people own thousands, and thousands, and thousands of personal possessions⏤far more than needed to sustain them. At some point, each and every one of these possessions will end up in a landfill, or, worse, a body of water. Consider making the deliberate, personal decision to ‘march to the beat of a different drummer’ and pare your possessions down to the smallest number possible. For the curious, here’s an example of a minimalist kitchen with 90 items⏤that still leaves room for 10 more items before you hit 100. Not bad at all!
