I offer the following editorial services:

Content development: Creating the content architecture (table of contents) to define the exact outline and structure of your planned written work.

Developmental editing: Reviewing and editing the rough draft for clarity, flow, logic, and refinement. This is a high-level edit with the reader in mind. It asks: Have you made your points clearly, and in a way that the reader can follow and understand? Have you gone off on any unnecessary tangents? Have you made any unsupported assertions? Have you left obvious questions unanswered?

Copy editing: Reviewing the content for issues related to grammar, syntax, and style.

Proofreading: Reviewing the content for typos and other outright errors.

Rights and permissions review: Reviewing the content for potential intellectual property issues.
